First, THANK YOU for creating the itinerary and helping us to see and experience these wonderful parts of Italy! We loved the three hotels you booked: Hotel Terazza in Manarola, Villa Le Barone in Chianti, and Hotel Minerva in Florence. The hotels were more than accomodating and breakfasts served were delicious. The locations of these hotels were convenient for our activities and were each beautiful in their own way.
You gave us a wonderful selection of exciting experiences everyday. We especially enjoyed the tour guides: Chiara in Cinque Terre, Laura Miattini in Lucca, Susanne in Sienna, Ulrich in Florence, Laura Franceschetti, the cook, in Florence. The hot air ballooning in Chianti was unforgettable, and we will absolutely treasure our experience of “Cooking in Florence” with Laura. If there was one activity that we were not crazy about it was the Bistecca restaurant, that was just too much beef for us. The car rental experience was also very good, though, would have preferred if we’d paid the drop-off fee in advance.
Your country is beautiful and gracious in everyway, and we’d love to return to see and do and learn more. We all truly enjoyed ourselves and have only the best things to say about our trip. We would not hesitate to recommend you and to contact you again when we return to bella Italia. I hope we have a chance in the not too distant future.
