Sorry it has taken me a couple weeks to get back to you.
We wanted to thank you for organizing a wonderful trip for us! We had a fantastic time and hope to be able to travel back in the future. Everything was so well organized and we had no issues traveling between cities. You made things very easy for us and we truly appreciated not having to worry about that big detail on our trip.
I think we enjoyed Venice and Sorrento the most but enjoyed all cities we visited (Florence and Rome included) and loved all the experiences we had. The personal guided tours were a treat and the bike tour in Florence was fun and nice change from the walking we had been doing. The view from our hotel in Sorrento was beautiful. The last day of our trip was a boat tour to Capri which we absolutely loved and was the perfect ending to our vacation.
The phone that you provided was a great addition and we used it many times. We had issue a few times with getting a decent signal, but, overall we were glad to have it!
Our only issue was with the hot weather we experienced while we were there and limited air conditioning in some of the hotels (Venice and Rome). While the two hotels were clean and perfectly fine for what we needed, I think if we were to go back again I might consider a different hotel in these areas even if it means spending a little more.
