I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to let you know that we enjoyed our grand tour of Italy very much and are looking forward to visiting again. You, Barbara and your team did a wonderful job getting us where we needed to be and everyone was very nice and easy to work with.
All services were excellent! We did have our favorites. We especially enjoyed our time with Giorgio during our time in Siena and Gianluca in Palermo. Both went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our time and we spent more time with them than the others. The guides all did a wonderful job and most all of them spent extra time with us. We also loved the Cooking classes.
Excellent the assistance received during our trip.
The only suggestion that I can offer is that it might be a good idea, if the info is available, to provide a layout of the train station in Bologna. We found the train station in Bologna a little confusing which is why we were late meeting our guide.
