We want to thank-you for helping us to have such a grand experience in Italy. Tom and I bet you are soooooo glad that we are finally back in Tennessee. Ha.
Matteo, everything was just perfect; we loved all of our places, our dinners, and especially, getting to meet with you.
All of our guides were exceptional, and fun. Having the private guides made our sightseeing so much more special.
We loved the wine and are still eating the delicious candy. How thoughtful of you to bring us the nice gift.
We certainly could not have had such an outstanding trip had it not been for you excellent planning. You are very special. We will certainly tell any of our friends traveling to Italy about you.
Sorry about our complaints about the hotel in Rome. We were also concerned that perhaps the hotel manager was not delivering what you had paid for. However, the staff was excellent and very helpful.

“Hello Matteo,
We had a WONDERFUL time in your country and can’t say enough about what a great job you did in planning it for us. We also had such a nice time spending time with you and putting a face to “Matteo.” We have showed our photo with you to some of our friends who were skeptical about planning our trip to an unknown company on-line!
We enjoyed every hotel and event that you organized. Our hotel in Rome was unusual and our least favorite but ok. Other than that, everything was perfect.
A few suggestions for you in planning trips for Americans. You may recommend that if they are renting a car to get around on their own, they bring a Garmin. Also inform them that there are many toll roads. Public transportation is a challenge for those of us who don’t live in cities, so if they are using the trains or buses, have them take some time to educate themselves.
We would love to come back to Italy some day. It is a beautiful country.
Also, thank you for the lovely wine and candy.
