Matteo and his team put together the trip of a lifetime for me and my family. It was no easy task and he was the only agent (out of 10 I spoke to) that was able to book this trip. We were 14 people with 2 children under 5 years old looking to take a week-long trip to Italy and booking during the most busy season (booking May 2022 for Aug 2022). When the trip began, Matteo created a WhatsApp channel for me and his customer service staff to communicate should anything need to be changed. The Discoveryouritaly team would respond within minutes and gracefully handled delays due to inclement weather and even an illness in the group. Everything was seamless. Once the trip started I didn’t need to worry about a thing.
