In these days of the internet most people undervalue the need for using services of people like you who know the intimate details of the place vs some pics on the net which is why when I stumbled upon the Zicasso site and ended up with your services, I decided to take this as I needed everything to be perfect for my 25th anniversary trip.
Starting with the handphone that was made available to us with speed dials to all of your numbers to the amazing quality and location of very nice and comfortable hotels which I would have never discovered otherwise, the whole trip was a phenomenal success. To do a trip across Venice, Florence, Pisa, Tuscany, Rome and Milan with such comfortable stays and day trips including picnics and wine tasting added to a very memorable experience. Your intimate knowledge of restaurants in the areas we stayed helped as my wife being a vegetarian was able to enjoy the amazing cuisine of Italy. Being an avid cook the cooking lesson in Rome was such an amazing experience and made the whole trip feel as it had be tailored for our specific needs and made it personal.
We encountered several of your people during our trip and efficiency was clearly the name of the game and made us feel completely at ease and home. A trip from our home in Singapore to Italy is a long way off .. but you made it so efficient and comfortable, that we will be back again for sure.
