Ciao Daniela,
We are back in America now. I want to let you know that the entire week went absolutely perfectly and the trip exceeded our expectations on all aspects. The hotels, restaurants, tours and guides were all perfectly matched to our likes and needs. You really have a great network of people that serve you well! I especially want to recognize Danello and Simon, both of whom went beyond their scope of duty and really made the trip very personal and exceptionally special for my father! It was truly a trip of a lifetime for me, my brothers, and my father.
I was also very impressed at how all the people with whom you had arranged the trip (drivers, guides, etc) were in communication with each other. This made the transitions completely seamless and required no coordination on my part! This really made the week very relaxing!
