CANCELLATION POLICY In case of cancellation of a confirmed tour, the following fees will be applied. • From the day of the booking up until 60 days prior to departure: deposit (20% of tour price) • Between 59 and 30 days prior to departure: 70% of tour price • From 29 days prior to departure to the date of departure, or failing to arrive at the point of departure of the Tour: 100% of tour price Same cancellation policy will apply for change/cancellation of single services from the Tour package. Same cancellation policy will apply for travel dates changes after tour confirmation: the booked tour will be considered cancelled and above cancellation policy will apply.
